LEWISTON - One of the people accusing former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of sexual abuse has won a protection from harassment order due to threatening phone calls. 

Zach Tomaselli says the calls have come from private numbers but claims the caller mentioned details Tomaselli says only Bernie Fine could know. 

Tomaselli is one of three accusers in the Fine sex abuse scandal.  He says Fine allegedly called him on his grandmother's phone several times over the past five days.
