Toby Keith’s bandmates have escaped serious injury after their tour bus caught on fire in Indiana on Monday.

The “Red Solo Cup” hitmaker’s musicians were travelling along Interstate 65 on Sunday night when driver Randy James realised the back of the bus had erupted in flames, prompting him to pull the vehicle over to the side of the road.

Keith’s crew members escaped unharmed and fire fighters were able to put out the blaze, although authorities estimate the 1998 Prevost sustained nearly $250,000 in damages.

Local officials shut down the highway for several hours to conduct a proper investigation and clean up the debris, but the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
