KENNEBUNK - Investigators say a custody battle over their two daughters may have driven a Kennebunk man to run over his ex-wife. 

Philip Bundy is charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.  Kennebunk Police say Bundy's ex-wife, Chanin Hale, had filed for custody of her and Bundy's two daughters earlier on Friday. 

Police say the two got into an argument while Bundy was driving in a parking lot, and that when Hale fell down, Bundy ended up running her over.  Hale was not seriously hurt.
